Tahkim Sazeh Rah Jonoub, was officially established in 2007, after years of experience and activity with the aim of transferring technology, and development in the fields such as roads and construction, commerce and supply and construction of industrial equipment and the development of industrial units. through the execution of large construction projects, utilizing young, local and experienced staff. and, having a complete set of road and construction machines and equipments, the use of cutting-edge methods with continued efforts and perseverance of managers and suitable financial capacity, it was made possible to  prove the  ability to develop and participate in large projects,  in the shortest possible time considering required quality and in accordance with the highest known standards. The company proved itself able to participate in large scale and important projects and was immediately ranked among the qualified contractors by achieving contracting qualification rating from the management and planning organization of the province and officially started activity with two contracts in the first year of establishment. Then, less than a year later, the company was able to be among the members of the Syndicate of the Industrial Association of Construction Companies of Iran, which led to further efforts to fully equipping the company with various kinds of road and construction machinery.

With the rapid leap and growth till 2010, the company was able to expand its activities by obtaining further qualifications such as the 3rd rank for buildings construction permit, 4th rank for roads and transportation permit, 5th rank for water related projects permit and also 5th rank for Facilities and equipment related projects permit, from the management and planning organization, which was achieved, less than four years after the establishment. In this duration  several other projects were also put into operation
